This model includes the attic area in the trusses giving you about 50% more floor space compared to our standard garages. Of course, as always, let NCSB customize the structure to your needs and budget!

Gambrel Garages

Maximize your storage space! The gambrel garage-style allows for the maximum room in the attic space. Usually accommodating a full 8′ wall in the upstairs area as well. Let NCSB customize this structure to your needs.

Are these pre-fab kits?

Nope! Each building is customized to your needs. We build stick by stick which allows us to customize or change it to each individual customer. Give us your ideas and let us see what we can do for you!

Is there anything I need to do during construction?

Not necessarily, NCSB can do it all from clearing the site, to the foundation to the general construction. We even take care of the permits! We want to make this as easy on you as possible!

How long will it take to build?

We will usually do the foundation a little bit ahead of time so that it is ready for our building crews when they finish the job before. We usually have them done in 2-3 weeks. We are currently booking 12 months out so if you are interested please reach out to us so we can work you up a quote!

What do you do for foundation?

We follow what the building code states. Usually this includes: Includes 6″ of concrete with haunch, rebar, plastic, wire mesh, and standard local inspections (power troweled), Includes 2 rows of 8″ concrete blocks – unsealed – sealed upon request, and Sill sealer and PT plates.

Do you have payment options?

Unfortunately we don’t offer financing for any onsite jobs. We will, however, work with any bank of your choosing! We are happy to provide a quote to take to your bank to see what your options are.

Can I do some work myself?

Sure! We are more than happy to let you do work if you would like. We can do as much or as little as you would like.

What if I want something different than the 3 styles shown?

Just let us know! These three styles are just ideas for you but we are able to construct just about anything for you. Send your ideas our way and we can see what we can do!

Do I need a permit?

Yes, you will. But don’t fret, we can take care of that for you. Our office has interracted with almost every code office in Northern New York and knows the ins and outs of the process so let us take care of the zoning/building permits!
