The first 20 miles of delivery are free, measured from whichever of our three locations (Philadelphia, Pulaski, and Yorkville) is closest to you. Beyond that, delivery is $6 per mile, one way. A fuel surcharge applies to every delivery: $50 up to 20 miles, $100 for 21–50 miles, and $150 beyond 50 miles.
Our professional delivery team handles everything: transport and placement on your site. In-stock buildings are usually delivered within 1–2 weeks. Custom-built buildings follow our current shop lead time, which changes week to week.
